CENTRAL OHIO JOINT FIRE DISTRICT BOARD MEETING MINUTES

July 8, 2010

A special meeting of the Central Ohio Joint Fire District Board Personnel Committee was held on Thursday, July 8, 2010 at the Centerburg Town Hall, located at 49 ½ East Main Street, Centerburg, Ohio.  The following were in attendance:

The meeting of the was called to order by Chairman Welch at 7:02 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Mrs. Frazee made a motion to waive the approval of the minutes from the June 8, 2010 meeting and Mrs. Stockmaster seconded motion.  On roll call in the affirmative:  Mrs. Frazee, Chairman Welch and Mrs. Stockmaster.  In the negative:  none. 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mrs. Frazee made a motion to adjourn to executive session at 7:03 p.m. with Chief Porter for his annual review and Mrs. Stockmaster seconded the motion.  On roll call in the affirmative:  Mrs. Frazee, Chairman Welch and Mrs. Stockmaster.  In the negative:  none. 

Mrs. Frazee made a motion to adjourn out of executive session, with no action taken, at 8:18 p.m. and Mrs. Stockmaster seconded the motion.  On roll call in the affirmative:  Mrs. Frazee, Chairman Welch and Mrs. Stockmaster.  In the negative:  none. 

ADJOURNMENT

Mrs. Frazee made a motion to adjourn at 8:19 p.m., until the regular meeting on July 13, 2010 at 7:00 p.m., unless called upon for urgent business. Mrs. Stockmaster seconded the motion.  On roll call in the affirmative:  Mrs. Frazee, Chairman Welch and Mrs. Stockmaster.  In the negative:  none.
